She’s specialized in supporting Agile organizations to assess current levels of agility, roadmap improvements and sustain measurable return on their Agile investment, as well as Agile change management, work culture evolution, and executive and leadership team coaching.
Her 25+ years of experience in product development range from Silicon Valley startups to large enterprises.
In addition to her professional status as a certified Agile practitioner, consultant and teacher, she has served in many non-profit roles advocating agile working and to mentor women to lead in the agile community of practice. These include Co-founding the Women in Agile Chapter in San Francisco and serving as co-chair of the Coaching and Mentoring track for the Agile 2019 Conference, the largest Agile conference in the world.
